7.15pm - Reading of the competition rules

7.30pm - First five (5) numbers of the Major Prize draw

Saturday 07th June

4. 30pm - Grounds of Western Cape College open

               Weigh-in commences

               Lure Casting competition

5.30pm - Weigh-in finishes, score sheets for daily prizes tallied.

6.30pm - Second group of ten (10) numbers of the Major Prize Draw

7.00pm - Presentation of daily prizes for Junior competitors.

               Finalists for casting competition announced

7.30pm - Presentation on stage of daily prizes for Open competitors.

8.00pm - Third group of ten (10) numbers of the Major Prize drawn

8.30pm - “Woman in Doc’s”

12.00m/n - Grounds Close

Sunday 08th June

3.00pm Grounds of Western Cape College open

             Final weigh in commences

4.00pm Weigh-in finishes, score sheets for overall prizes tallied.

             Final of the casting competition

4.30pm - Weipa Dance Academy Performance

5.00pm - Albatross Bay Dance Studio Performance

5.30pm - Creative Generation (to be confirmed)

6.00pm - Final group of five (5) numbers of the Major Prize drawn

6.30pm - Presentation onstage to the overall winners & runners-up of  the Junior weigh-ins and lure casting competition.

7.00pm - Presentation onstage to the overall winners &  runners-up of the Open weigh-ins and lure casting  competition

8.00pm - Major prize draw commences on stage
